Jay has been in the trust industry since 1982.  He is a long-time member of the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis, is Chair of the Probate and Trust Law Steering Committee of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and is Chair of the Missouri Bar’s Corporate Fiduciary Subcommittee.  He has authored numerous articles and presented educational seminars for attorneys, CPAs, clients, and financial professionals nationwide.

Jay graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law, where he was Assistant Managing Editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal.  He is admitted in Missouri and Illinois.  He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Illinois and a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Ball State University.

Ryan has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry.  He joined Stifel in 2008 and serves as a Senior Financial Planning Specialist in the Wealth Planning Department.

Prior to joining the Wealth Planning Department in 2012, Ryan spent four years as a Dividend Specialist and a Performance Reporting Technician, learning the ins and outs of back-office operations. 

Ryan graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in personal financial planning.  He also holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including long-term care).

Andy has more than 26 years of investment industry experience.  Joining Stifel in 2017, he serves as Insurance Solutions Manager in the Wealth Planning Department.  His responsibilities include leading the Insurance Solutions team in marketing life, long-term care, and disability insurance to Stifel’s financial advisors and their clients.

Among other firms, Andy spent 15 years at Edward Jones, most recently serving as the Insurance Product Leader for their insurance product line.  He earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designations from the American College.  He also holds Series 7, 26, and 63 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).

Rachel has been working with financial advisors’ marketing efforts for 17 years.  She joined Stifel in 2007 as part of its acquisition of Ryan Beck & Co. 

Rachel leverages Stifel’s marketing department, including licensed public communications analysts, social media and web consultants, and corporate writers, to help advisors from around the country build their unique brand and market their services to clients and prospects.  She specializes in creating targeted marketing campaigns and coordinating content creation for advisor websites, brochures, flipbooks, and more.

Rachel earned a Master of Communication and Information Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University.  Prior to joining Stifel, she served as a Sales Assistant at U.S. Trust.
